Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes, perform:
Even Minutes: As many air squats as possible
Odd Minutes: As many push-ups as possible
Beginner: Chair squats and Chair/Wall push-ups
Bonus Round: Perform a hollow hold OR Plank for as long as possible
