FAQ's

Scheduling that first appointment is just the start of a long-lasting relationship with us and our patients. We urge everyone to reach out to us because we are always here to help! Here's a list of questions we're frequently asked, along with some helpful answers.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we work with all insurance companies. Please expect your first few visits to be out of pocket until we have a chance to verify your chiropractic insurance coverage. Every insurance plan and company is different and we never like to assume coverage.

How do I schedule a new patient appointment?

You can call the office to schedule a new patient appointment at (614)-781-8808, you can email the front desk to schedule a new patient appointment at frontdesk@revivechiro.com, or you can click on “Book New Patient Appointment” on our website.

How often do I need to be adjusted?

Each care plan in our office is specific to each patient's individual spine. We have no way of knowing how often a patient needs to be adjusted until we have an exam and x-rays completed.

What will the first couple of appointments consist of?

On your first appointment, we will gather all the information about your health. A complete neurological evaluation and x-rays, if needed, will be performed. After the doctors have the ability to review your results, on your second appointment they will sit down with you and go over your results. If you wish to move forward, you will then be shown your “warm-up” exercises, receive your first neurological chiropractic adjustment and be fit for the spinal correction weighting system. This will help determine how your spine is going to change and how long it will take. On your third visit, the doctors will go over all of your recommendations for care and financial options.

How do I register for events?

You can call the office at (614)-781-8808 or click on the "Events and Workshops" tab on our website to sign up.

Are you a family-friendly office?

Yes! We love kids and adults of all ages.  We actually specialize in pediatric and maternity care.

Is it really that important to do my homecare exercises?

Yes! Just like brushing your teeth every day, it is important to “brush” your spine. Your spine is super important, it houses your spinal cord, which connects your brain to the rest of your body.
